At Gitrecap, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for our GitHub repository activity tracking service.
This policy applies to all subscription payments made for Gitrecap services and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.
We offer a 7-day free trial to all new users. During this trial period, you have full access to all features of Gitrecap at no cost. No payment information is required to start your free trial.
If you decide that Gitrecap is not right for you during the trial period, simply don't upgrade to a paid subscription. You will not be charged anything, and your trial will expire automatically.
Our subscription service is billed monthly in advance. When you subscribe to Gitrecap Pro for $19/month, you are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle for the upcoming month of service.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@gitrecap.com.
